I managed the product development of the dextoro mobile app from early prototype to TestFlight release. The app connects meme culture with DeFi mechanics, enabling users to discover trending memes, track portfolio, and share performance in social media. Worked cross-functionally with founders, marketing, and engineering to shape the roadmap, coordinate releases, and manage quality across builds. Personally handled token screening and listings, performed user-testing cycles on iOS TestFlight, backlog grooming, maintaining project documentation on Notion. Researched Solana ecosystem and competitive apps for proper roadmapping and features planning.
