I joined an OTC trading desk in a newly created Technical Product Manager role, dedicated to building a DeFi wallet that could give existing clients more value and create a path toward a product-based business model. DragonFi was designed as a single interface to explore, buy, and manage DeFi assets across multiple chains.
I researched stable-yield DeFi protocols, shaped the product roadmap and UX, and worked day-to-day with a team of three full-time engineers plus contractors on implementation, integrations, and releases.
My role
- Researched fixed/stable-yield DeFi strategies and selected protocols
- Defined roadmap, core feature set, and user flows for the wallet
- Coordinated front-end, back-end, and Web3 integration work
- Reviewed builds, ran test cycles, and managed iteration with the team
Product features
- Fiat on-ramp/off-ramp via MoonPay
- DEX order routing and execution through 1inch
- Portfolio tracking, PnL and basic analytics
- Trading ideas and access to lending, staking, AMMs, and liquidity pools
Tech stack
Vue.js, Node.js, Python, GitLab, PostgreSQL, Figma, Web3.js, Etherscan, Infura, 1inch API, MoonPay API, WalletConnect, MetaMask
